Warranty Information

Cubicles and parts are covered against manufacturer defects by a one year limited warranty.  At our discretion we will refund, replace or repair any defective cubicle or cubicle part free of charge up to one year from the purchase date.  We are not responsible for damage caused by rough or improper use.  Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our end.

To qualify for a refund, repair or replacement through the limited warranty you must:

·       Be the original purchaser

·       Provide us with detailed photographs of the defect

·       Notify us of the defect within one year of purchase

·       Have used the product and associated parts for their intended purpose in a clean environment protected from freezing
